"St. Louis To Liverpool" contains tracks that have become considered Chuck Berry classics, including "You Never Can Tell," "No Particular Place to Go," "Promised Land," and ""Little Marie". The performances are strong throughout the album, including Chuck's solo on the bluesy "Things I Used to Do". A classic Chuck Berry Album!/5(60).

This album puts the lie to the popular myth that Chuck Berry's music started to fade away around the same time that the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, et al. emerged covering his gioliredelustsi.tranuruspachamvimastimijobtipor.co songwriting is as strong here as ever -- side one is packed with now-familiar fare like "Little Marie" (a sequel to "Memphis, Tennessee"), "No Particular Place to Go," "Promised Land," and "You Never Can Tell 10/

St. Louis to Liverpool (Nov , 12 tracks, 32 mins, 11 originals, 1 cover) I always wrongly assumed it was a live album! Among the strong lesser known tracks Little Marie is a sequel to Memphis Tennessee, Our Rendezvous, You Too which has a nice ’s feel and Liverpool Drive a tough guitar instrumental that sounds like the Beatles jamming in Hamburg.
